Protective Group Hiring Policy
Viking Protective Group will only consider applicants
who meet the following minimum requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be eligible to work in the United States
-
Must be fluent, both orally and in writing,
in English, at a high school level and be clearly
understandable via radio communication transmissions.

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Must possess a valid driver’s license
-
Must be trained and licensed in accordance with
state requirements
-
Must have a work and character background that
indicates dependability, reliability, and the
ability to work harmoniously with others.

Must be honorably discharged if served in a
branch of the military service. Must not have
been terminated from any previous employment
for other than honorable circumstances, unless
documented extenuating circumstances can be
demonstrated.

Must have a home telephone number, have reliable
transportation, and be available in the event
of an emergency.

Must possess the capacity to acquire a good
working knowledge of all aspects of the job.

Must have the ability to operate under stressful
situations.
All applicants after being interviewed and prior to being hired will be required to take a Physical Readiness Test which includes:
Run one and a half miles in fifteen (15) minutes or less
Do fifty Crunches in one (1) minute or less
Do thirty five (35) push-ups non stop
After successful completion of the Physical Readiness Test the applicant will be considered for a position with Viking Security Services.
